Hello! I'm Kari & I work in marketing & member service at Seward Co-op. This local season, I plan to eat more locally grown foods. I also want to do this is a less hurried and more joyful way. For me, this may be the real challenge. With two young kids and two working parents, our kitchen tends to be a stopping point in our day to refuel. I'd like it to be more of a place for staying and enjoying. So, I'm using this local season as a catalyst for a shift in attitude as well as diet. Read along and see how we do!
